Intro call
A short conversation about your goals, your tools and where things hurt today. We tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
About 30 minutes
Working with us
No mystery and no surprises. Here is how we scope the work, what happens each week, and what you walk away with on day 30.
Book an intro call →Before we start
You always know what you are buying, what it costs and what you need to do before we begin. Nothing starts until the scope is in writing.

A short conversation about your goals, your tools and where things hurt today. We tell you honestly whether we are a fit.
About 30 minutes
2
We learn how your business runs. With your permission we record and transcribe the call, so you only have to tell us once.
With your team leads
3
You get a plain English scope: what we examine, what you provide, the timeline and one flat fee. No hourly billing and no open ended meters.
Fixed fee
4
We sign a services agreement and a statement of work. Any access we need to your systems is limited to the minimum and written down.
Your data stays yours
Pick your starting point
Every engagement starts with an audit. Pick the one that matches where you are today, and we will confirm it on the intro call.
Starter Audit
A focused look at where AI fits and where you are losing time or money today. Best for startups and companies under about $20 million in revenue.
Profit Leak Audit
A deeper review across teams, systems and data. Best for companies at about $20 million in revenue and up.
AI Security Audit
A clear picture of every AI tool in use and where your company data goes. Best when people use AI at work and nobody can say where data ends up.
Your first 30 days
A typical Starter Audit looks like this. Larger audits follow the same path and take a little longer.
Week 1
We confirm goals, contacts and the data request. You send the data within about 5 business days.
You. Name a main contact and share the data we ask for.
Week 2
We talk with your people, about 30 to 60 minutes each, and review your data, systems and workflows.
You. Make time for the interviews. Most people need one.
Week 3
We size each opportunity in estimated yearly dollars and rank the fixes by impact and effort.
You. Answer a few follow up questions.
Week 4
We walk your leadership through the findings in a meeting of up to 90 minutes and hand over the full report.
You. Bring your decision makers.
Findings report. Every opportunity, its estimated yearly dollar impact, the total and how we calculated it.
Ranked fix list. What to do first, ordered by impact, effort and timeline.
Leadership readout. A live walkthrough so your team can ask questions.
Project proposal. Our quote to carry out the fixes, if you want our help.
What to expect
We hold ourselves to a few simple rules, and we put them in writing.
One flat fee, agreed before work begins. The audit fee does not depend on whether you agree with the findings, and our dollar figures are honest estimates, not guarantees.
We work in your accounts, with named access limited to what the job needs. Your company data is not stored on our servers.
The audit stands on its own. Keep the report and act on it yourself, or ask us to help. Any project is a separate agreement with its own scope.
After day 30
Most clients turn the ranked fix list into projects. Here are your options.
A
Keep the report and run with it. You paid for facts and a plan, and they are yours.
B
We turn the fixes into projects, from shared setups to AI workflows. We set the price from what the audit found, and we train your team to own the result.
C
After a project, we can stay on for ongoing support so your AI keeps getting better as the tools change.
A short call is enough to see whether an audit makes sense for your company.
