Both — that’s the whole point. We’re a builder who advises, not an advisor who outsources the build. We decide what’s worth building with the judgment of advisors, then build it ourselves, in-house. No deck-and-disappear, no handing you off to a separate dev shop.
Do I need to be "techy" to work with you? +
Not at all. Most of our clients run teams and operations, not servers. We handle the technical side completely and train your people in plain language. If you can run your business, you can run what we build.
What does it cost? +
Most engagements start with a paid AI Opportunity Audit — a ranked automation backlog you keep whether or not we build it. From there, Process Automation, Enablement, and a Fractional AI Lead retainer are scoped and quoted custom to your size, goals, and budget. No one-size price sheet.
Do you only work with certain industries? +
No. The methodology is industry-agnostic — if you run a business, this applies. We’ve worked across software, services, and operations-heavy companies, from solo founders to leadership teams. The method is the same.
Which software do I have to use? +
Whatever you already use. We’re a consultancy, not a product — tool-agnostic on purpose. We’ll work inside your stack, not force you onto ours.
