Peter has more than 12 years of engineering behind him, including site reliability at Microsoft and backend engineering at Capital One, and holds an electrical engineering degree from Virginia Tech. He has built with AI since 2023 and founded EarthaPro, an AI native platform for field service companies. He leads the technical work on every engagement.

Courtney is a Virginia Tech graduate and a sales and green industry leader, named North American Sales Manager of the Year at SBM Life Science. She started EarthaPro with Peter and runs AreticAI's operations, client relationships and growth. She keeps every engagement scoped, priced and on schedule, so you always know what happens next.
